Return & Refund Policy
At JANGAL WOOD, we are committed to delivering high-quality wooden products that meet your expectations. However, in rare cases, if a return or refund is required, our policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or refunds.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or made-to-order wooden products.
Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Products showing signs of misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are issued in the following manner:
For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is found damaged due to reasons not attributable to us, the refund request may be declined.
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during transit. To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Once approved, ship the item back to the return address provided by our team.
To return a product, send it to the return address provided during your return request. Please consider the following:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
For high-value items, we recommend using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While JANGAL WOOD ensures quality and assistance, the responsibility of return shipping charges rests with the customer.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, including:
Products with minor damage or missing parts not caused by us.
Returns initiated after the 7-day window but within 15 days (subject to approval).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or process a refund based on the circumstances.
